It's for real; ACEterm (note the correct capitalization!) is MUCH faster
than Novaterm, Desterm-128, Dialogue-128... all of them.  That's its
strength.

If you could speak to the author of the program, what would you tell him to
do to make it look better?

ACEterm doesn't have a standard file upload/download protocol, so you can
only test it if you connect to a Unix host and can use a C compiler.
