Developer's Notes for the SwiftLink were published in C= Hacking magazine
Issue #10. They are also available online from:

http://ccnga.uwaterloo.ca/~csbruce/ftp/comp.sys.cbm/swiftlink.doc

The notes originally came from CMD and are distributed online with CMD's
permission.

Keep on Hackin'!
